I recently decided that I wanted to bring together a safe space for women who are experiencing stress, burnout and adrenal fatigue symptoms. I wanted a single place to gather all of these amazing women together and share in each other’s stories and experiences.
The “From Burnt Out to Balanced” Facebook group was born.
This exclusive community is filled with powerful and inspiring women who have their own stories of burnout, adrenal fatigue and general exhaustion. We share each other’s stories, support each other, and provide perspective and insight. We also share information about burnout, tips and tricks on stress management, and ideas on how to remain balanced when life throws us curve balls. We’re all there to go from burnt out to balanced in our lives, sharing our experiences along the way.
