I wear a number of hats, like most women. I’m a:
- New mom to baby boy Finn
- Nutritionist (CNP)
- Wife to the most incredible husband
- Full-time employee
- Dog mom
- Content creator/blogger
Juggling all of these hats can be stressful at times. In fact, I’m not immune to stress and have dealt with my fair share of burnout in the past.
Burning out is what led me to studying nutrition. To learning more about my body and developing healthy habits.
During this journey I have met so many people who feel the same exhaustion, stress and burnout. They don’t know where to turn, or what to do. They’re tired, but feel the need to push through every single day. Some of them can’t even push anymore because their bodies have given up.
In fact, I have met a lot of mamas who have felt this way. Especially during their immediate postpartum period while taking care of their newborn and the household.
If this resonates with you, I want you to know you’re not alone and there are steps you can take to get your life back again.
I am here to remind you that nothing is impossible, and that our health is in our hands. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves; they just need our support.
